Most recently, I worked as a research assistant, with Professor Michelle Mack at the University of Florida, investigating N-cycling microbes in Kruger National Park, South Africa. Previously, I received my Master's degree from the University of Texas at Austin, under the direction of Professor Christine Hawkes, researching the dynamics of soil microbial communities along a natural precipitation gradient in West Texas. Now, I will be working on my doctorate, under the advisement of Professor Matthew Wallenstein, at the PHACE site in Southern Wyoming.
