I am a new M.S. student joining Mike Antolin's lab in the Department of Biology.??? I received a B.A. in English from Cornell University, and after spending a number of years in the non-profit sector, chose to redirect my career path into conservation science. I moved to Fort Collins in 2010 to bolster my undergraduate coursework and gain research experience at CSU.??? I worked under Drs. Tom Hobbs and Kevin Crooks on their respective Ecology of Infectious Disease projects, and ultimately chose to pursue graduate work in disease ecology.??? I plan to conduct a landscape genetics study assessing cross-species disease transmission among North American felids.
